Tradesman
As the name would imply, the Tradesman trim level is built for hard work. But that doesn’t mean it lacks the advanced features the Ram 2500 is known for having. The Tradesman has a standard 6.4-liter gas V8 that generates 410 horsepower. It’s available in RWD and 4WD versions. Cargo beds are available in 6 feet, 4 inches or 8 feet, with both rated for 4,000 pounds of payload capacity.
Big Horn
The next trim level up from the Tradesman is the Big Horn, which offers a few extra amenities. It has the same engine and transmission combination, but it only comes with a 4WD drivetrain. It has slightly less payload and towing capacity but includes additional features like automatic temperature control, parking sensors, wireless phone connectivity, a navigation system, heated front seats, and front dual-zone climate control.
Laramie
The Laramie takes the best of the lower trim levels and adds key comfort and convenience features for an improved driving experience. Those features include leather seating, automatic high-beam headlights, rain-sensing wipers, a split folding rear seat, ventilated memory front seats, a bedliner, 20-inch black painted wheels, and auto-dimming door mirrors.
Rebel
The Rebel trim level is built with enhanced all-terrain capabilities to make it equally at home on pavement or off road. Features that off-road enthusiasts find appealing in the Rebel include a MOPAR sports performance hood, Bilstein gas-charged shocks, a rear slip differential with e-locker, 20-inch diamond-cut aluminum wheels, and an 8-way adjustable power driver seat with embossed tread pattern.
Power Wagon
The Power Wagon offers an exciting combination of power, performance, and advanced features that make it appropriate for work and play. It has the hard-working qualities of the Tradesman with the off-road credentials of the Rebel. Features include a 12-inch driver information cluster, and an automatic disconnecting front sway bar.
Limited Longhorn
Leaning into its luxury features, the Limited Longhorn has the powerful pedigree of many lower trim levels, but with added amenities that are built for comfort and convenience. Those features include posh leather seating, barnwood trim and accents, an optional auto-level rear air suspension, and an optional 360-degree camera system.
Limited
The pinnacle of the Ram 2500 line is the Limited trim level, and it’s impressive in the range of features it offers drivers. It comes standard with a 6.7-liter I6 diesel powerplant and 6-speed transmission that generates 370 horsepower. Other amenities include a trailer detection system, Blind-Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and wood and aluminum trim and accents.
